August Awakening

Getting up early is always rewarding when you are treated to a perfect blend of morning mist and soft sunlight. This summer was defined by an exceptional drought, yet the landscape showed its resilience; patches of vibrant heather still managed to bloom, introducing rich purple tones to the foreground. The combination of the delicate mist dissolving in the distance and the warm dawn light filtering through the trees created a wonderfully soft, peaceful scene.
